Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and herbal products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired

To be eligible for a return:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be shared

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to your original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or wrong product, we offer free replacement

Replacement will be processed after verification
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
