Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and herbal products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired

  • The wrong product has been delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be shared

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, we offer free replacement

  • Replacement will be processed after verification

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
